All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs processing, carrier issues, or high order volumes.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Nexora is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
